The Nazareth Hockey Club is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for school age students to learn to play ice hockey. NHC promotes an understanding of the sport while encouraging a sense of fair play and team spirit.

It’s time to raise some dough!!

We’re selling certificates to be used in the store.

  • To Order:

    • Complete this order form and email  the form to Brandy Burns (missgracie@rcn.com) AND Sarah Lumi (nhcfundraising24@nazarethicehockey.com),

    • Submit the payment (check made payable to Nazareth Hockey Club) to Brandy, Sarah, or a board member.  Please put the check in an envelope with your name and "Mary Ann Donut Fundraiser" on the front.  Last order and payment collection is on November 30.

  • Donut certificates will be distributed a few weeks after the end of the sale.
